If God has shown you the destination, don't complain during the journey, just enjoy the way things unfold and in all things, give thanks, knowing that all things are working for your good.

Time is a crucial element, God is a God of order and everything is time-bound, and with time, there is growth.
When you're tempted to complain, just swallow, smile and praise God.
