Can you pray and have confidence without repeating the request?

Do you pray over and over for the same meal when you sit to eat?

That's faith! You know the food is blessed, you know God heard you, you go on and eat it and you're healthy and bubbly, so why is it different when we pray for more pressing needs?

It's not more difficult for God to hear your cry than it is for Him to bless your food...it can be really tempting to keep reminding God when you're desperate, I have a clear notice at the entrance of my room, u see it as soon as u open the door,

"God heard you, just be patient"

Praising while you wait also helps your heart feel merry, Jesus gave a clear instruction when He said "Let not your heart be troubled"

You can pray amiss but you can't praise amiss. God inhabits praises, invite him with words and melodies of adoration. Keep singing His words back to Him, and praise Him with the loving expressions of your soul, because you know He always comes through, "it is through faith and patience that we inherit the promise" while you wait, praise, and have this confidence, according to 1 John 5:14-15

14 This is the [remarkable degree of] confidence which we [as believers are entitled to] have before Him: that [a]if we ask anything according to His will, [that is, consistent with His plan and purpose] He hears us. 15 And if we know [for a fact, as indeed we do] that He hears and listens to us in whatever we ask, we [also] know [with settled and absolute knowledge] that we have [granted to us] the requests which we have asked from Him.

THE JOY OF CLIMBING

You never really arrive, it's always too early to brag. No matter where you are now, there's somewhere better. God is still preparing you.

Pride goes before destruction (Prov 16:18)

Recognize also that humility is so delicate that simply admitting that you possess it is a sign of pride. Know that God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble.(1 Peter 5:5), Scripture also admonishes us to come boldly before God's throne of grace that we may obtain mercy (Heb 4:16) . This boldness isn't referring to arrogance, but confidence in who God is, and in what He can offer.

Matthew 5:3 "Blessed are the poor in spirit..."
Remember the story of the Pharisee and the tax collector in Luke 18:9-14. Only the tax collector went home justified because he was humble.

God still has so much for you that you haven't seen yet(1 Cor 2:9). We cant afford to be complacent now, for the path of the just is like a shinning light that shinneth brighter and brighter!

Dance your victory dance, share your testimony, praise God ceaslessly, and retain an attitude of reverence, remembering that you got this land by God's right hand and favour...PSALMS 44:3

Hope maketh not ashamed...

While you're waiting for the promise and speaking rhe things that be not as though they were, it's easy to get discouraged by the circumstances around you and people jeering and making you feel like you're not good enough.

I encourage you to note that those who put their trust in the Lord are like Mt. Zion.

Psalm 34:5 reads " They looked to Him and their faces were enlightened and they were not ahsamed."

Keep believing and saying those things.
"O my God! I trust in thee, let me not be ashamed."

Relax in God
